About us

Clear, practical support for complex behaviour in care services

ClearMind Care Consultancy was built to help services facing behaviour that feels unpredictable, high-pressure, difficult to manage, or at risk of escalating further.

We focus on behaviour, care planning, staff confidence and practical implementation, so services leave with clearer direction, not just theory.

What we do

We provide behaviour support, dementia-focused training, consultancy and service improvement support for care providers. Our work is designed for real care environments and practical day-to-day use.

Support can be delivered on-site or remotely, depending on the needs of the organisation and the nature of the work.

What makes us different

  • We focus on behaviour, not generic training alone
  • We link learning directly to real cases and real care environments
  • We produce practical outputs teams can actually use
  • We support implementation, not just recommendations
  • We keep the work grounded, person-centred and realistic
Our approach

Practical, collaborative and built for the real world

We work alongside providers to understand what is actually happening, what staff are dealing with, what is getting in the way, and what needs to change.

That means clearer formulations, stronger care plans, more confident staff responses, and a more structured route forward for the service.

No unrealistic promises

Honest support, not big claims

We do not promise to fix every situation overnight. Outcomes depend on the complexity of the case, staff consistency, leadership support and follow-through.

What we do provide is clarity, structure and practical strategies that make difficult situations easier to understand and manage.

How we work

Support backed by practical systems

Our consultancy is supported by structured tools for audits, care planning, policy development and training oversight, helping us give providers more than advice alone.

That means clearer outputs, more consistency, and a stronger link between advice, implementation and improvement.

Why clients value this

Useful outputs, not just conversation

Services leave with something practical to use, whether that is a stronger care plan, clearer priorities, better governance documents or a more structured route forward.
