Care staff and provider support services

How much does support cost?

Cost depends on the level of input needed. Some services start with a training day, some with a behaviour support package, and others with a more structured improvement review.

We outline options clearly after the consultation so you can see what is realistic for your service.

Will this work for our service?

Every service is different, which is exactly why the work needs to be tailored. We look at what is happening in your environment, what is driving the concern, and what practical changes are likely to help.

Where staff engage with the plan, services usually see clearer, more consistent responses and reduced pressure over time.

Do you travel to services?

Yes. Most support is delivered on-site so we can understand the setting, speak with staff and shape realistic recommendations.

Remote support is also available where it fits the type of work needed.

How quickly can you start?

We aim to respond quickly, especially where there is active incident pressure, placement risk or a clear need for urgent direction.

Initial consultations are usually arranged within a few days.

What if staff do not engage?

Staff engagement is one of the biggest factors in whether change sticks. That is why our approach is practical, case-based and built around the real situations staff are dealing with.

We also work with leadership teams to support implementation, not just delivery.

We have had training before, how is this different?

Most training is too generic and gets forgotten quickly. We link the work to real cases, real incidents and clear plans staff can actually follow afterwards.
